Shipping Policy

At Aromax Room, we ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from our Encinitas, California studio within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement. Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location relative to our California studio.

Fragile Item Handling

Glass reed diffuser bottles, ceramic diffusers, and candle jars are individually wrapped and cushioned before packing. In the rare event an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes for freight-restricted items such as wax warmers.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
